FUNctional strength + mobility!

Our bodies are designed to move in a myriad of ways. However, the comforts of modern life limit how much we utilize our full human movement potential.

 

The old adage is certainly true: "If you don't use it, you lose it!"

Join Tristina for classes where you will move in new ways and increase your body awareness. Classes will begin and end with joint exercises to awaken and preserve your mobility. The active portion will include sequences that blend together the following key movements: lunge, squat, rotation, push, pull, and locomotion.

 

Our practice space has wall to wall floor mats which not only support your body, but provide the freedom to take up space + move in 360° patterns.

Walk away with an increased sense of strength, mobility, and coordination!

LOGISTICS

  • Classes are held at a studio in Midtown Sacramento, off 21st Street near Broadway (address sent upon registration)

  • Pre-registration is required

  • Registration closes 1 hour prior to each class or when class fills

  • We recommended registering early - classes tend to fill up!

  • While classes will offer options and progressions, please be prepared for movements that involve knee flexion and weight bearing on your hands.

  • Drop-in rate: $23   (virtual studio member rate is $17)

  • 10 class pass: $200  (virtual studio member rate is $108)

Please note: due to limited space and class offerings, bookings are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by us (if there's a true, unavoidable emergency, please email us & we're more than happy to work with you).
